We only accept orders for delivery within Australia.
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars.

PACKING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and handling is currently FREE for standard shipping. Express shipping is just $10 per order.

Delivery is by Australia Post and can be made to your Home Address or PO Box No.
Standard delivery time within Australia is 2 to 7 working days.

RETURNS

We accept Returns provided they are received by us within 20 days of dispatch.
We accept, Returns of worn shoes only when there is a manufacturing fault, so please make sure they fit correctly before wearing them outside.
Please use the shoe box and enclose our docket, so we can refund the purchase price.

SECURITY

We use a secure transaction environment and do not store payment details in our database.

PRIVACY

We are regulated by the Privacy Act and will not use any information you provide in an inappropriate manner.
If you receive any promotional material which you do not wish to receive, please advise us and we will cease sending it.

Searching our product rage

From anywhere within francesnolan.com.au you can search our range of online shoes. On the left hand side of each page is a menu that allows you to browse by gender, Category, or Brand. Just click the menu item that suits your needs and you will be taken to the results.

Choosing the right size and colour

To help you find the right colour and size we have put all these options on one page.
Once you select the shoe from the search results you will be taken to the style details screen. Some styles are available in a number of ways. In the lower section of this page you will be able to see all of the available colours for your selected style.
On the right of the screen we have a ‘Size’ chart available which shows UK, US and European conversion of sizes for each shoe. Sizes can vary between different brands, so this is an approximate guide only. If you click on a size it will then be highlighted in dark blue. Once you have selected your size and colour you can click ‘Add to Cart’.

Placing your order

At any time you can check out by clicking the check out, or view cart button at the top right of the page.
If you have used francesnolan.com.au you can log in using your email address and password via the ‘My Account’ link. If you have forgotten your password use the ‘Forgotten Password’ link below the login section. This will reset your password and email you a new temporary password.

Payments Options

Payments are available by Paypal Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express and Union Pay processed securely through a trusted third-party payment gateway provider. francesnolan.com.au does not store any credit card details.
